Description: Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that aids biorhythm regulation. Vitamin B6 aids melatonin metabolism. Ingredient Details: Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg Melatonin (vegetarian source) 3 mg Other Ingredients: Rice powder and magnesium stearate. Capsule consists of gelatin. Suggested Use: Take one capsule 20 - 30 minutes prior tobedtime, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Warnings: Do not drive or operate machinery immediately following use of this product.
